From 5 to 22 June 2025, CLOVE presents its most ambitious buffet experience yet — the Lobster & Beer Fest. Guests can enjoy unlimited Maine Lobster presented in creative Asian and European styles, complemented by free-flow Paulaner beer.

Helmed by Director of Culinary, Chef Vijay — widely regarded as Singapore’s King of Lobster — this buffet features a spectacular showcase of dishes, from classic favourites to bold reinterpretations.

Experience a rich and diverse culinary showcase where lobster is the star of the menu—featured in dishes like creamy Lobster Thermidor, fragrant Saffron Lobster Risotto, bold Kam Heong Lobster, and a locally inspired Lobster Laksa. Fans of Japanese flavours can look forward to Lobster Sushi Rolls, while centrepieces such as a five-tier lobster tower and Seafood on Ice elevate the spread. The line-up also includes live carving stations, melted Swiss Raclette, Indian and local favourites, as well as crisp, refreshing salads. To end on a sweet note, the extensive dessert display, crafted by Swissôtel The Stamford’s award-winning pastry team, offers something for every palate.

No discounts or promotions are applicable for the Lobster Dinner Buffet.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. A cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply for no-shows or late cancellations.
Amendments to reduce the party size must be made at least 1 hour before the start of the lunch or dinner service. Amendments made upon arrival will incur an amendment fee of $50 per person.
The cancellation or amendment fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
