Booking process

1. Online reservation is open 48 hours in advance, up till 1800hrs one day before
2. Guest must provide a contact number and email address during the booking phase
3. Guest will receive a booking confirmation with a payment guide and access to L65
4. On-day walk-in reservation is subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel
5. [Only Luggage] storage is available at $10nett per piece. [Only Luggage] service must be booked online

Arrival and departure at L65

1. Approach Swissôtel The Stamford lobby concierge to gain access to L65 and deposit your luggage (if any); Collect your luggage tag from our lobby concierge before proceeding up to L65
2. Make payment at L65 reception upon arrival for access to L65 lounge
3. Our Guest Relations Officer (GRO) of L65 will assist you with the check in process and introduce the lounge facility
4. Upon departure, guest to return key card to L65 reception
5. Guest to depart L65 lounge by 5pm

2. Make payment at our lobby Concierge counter
3. Collect the luggage tag from our Concierge team
