From morning to night, The Stamford Brasserie offers something for every appetite. Our menu features a wide range of fresh, flavourful dishes—from artisanal charcuterie and light starters to hearty mains like croque monsieur, grilled wagyu beef, and octopus paccheri pasta. For dessert lovers, a selection of handcrafted sweets awaits. Wherever possible, we use farm-to-table produce, including ingredients grown right here in our very own sustainable aquaponics farm at Swissôtel The Stamford.

In the mood for a drink? Head to our craft beer bar and wind down with your favourite pint or a crisp glass of wine. Happy Hour runs daily from 12PM to 7PM, with special prices on draught beer, craft brews, and select red and white wines—perfect for a laid-back catch-up with friends.

For those on the move, our Grab & Go counter has you covered. Pick up your favourite snacks, pastries, or coffee before heading out for the day—whether it is for meetings or a city adventure.
