Offer Terms & Conditions

Minimum stay of 14 nights with full prepayment by credit card at the time of booking is required to enjoy the long stay offer.

A minimum of 3 days’ advance booking is required for reservations. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and the offer is non-refundable.

Bookings are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.

Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 noon.

For stays exceeding 30 nights, guests will enjoy 20 pieces of complimentary laundry per week (non-cumulative).

Connecting rooms are subject to availability, with priority given to families with children. For requests, please email Reservations.Singapore@Swissotel.com after completing your booking.

Children under 6 years enjoy complimentary accommodation and breakfast when sharing the parents’ room.

Children aged 6 to 12 years enjoy complimentary accommodation and 50% discount on breakfast.

Children above 12 years are subject to an extra person charge, inclusive of a rollaway bed for room-only bookings or a rollaway bed plus breakfast for bookings with breakfast.

Children below 12 years sleeping in existing bedding stay free of charge; however, a rollaway bed—if required—will incur a charge of SGD 100++ per night.

Offer includes 25% discount on the daily room rate, 20% discount at hotel-operated restaurants (excluding JAAN and In-Room Dining), and complimentary daily breakfast for two guests.
