Thoughtfully created for those who appreciate honest flavours and nourishing food, this seasonal menu showcases a wide range of vibrant dishes using farm-fresh and sustainable ingredients—including herbs, leafy greens, and fish from our own aquaponics farm right here at Swissôtel The Stamford.

Offer Terms & Conditions

We kindly request that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 48 hours prior to the reservation time. For no-shows or late cancellations, a cancellation fee will apply.

Amendments to reduce the party size may be made at least 1 hour before the start of lunch or dinner service. Amendments made upon arrival will be subject to an amendment fee.

A cancellation or amendment fee of $50 per person will be charged to the credit card on file.

No takeaway of buffet items is allowed.
