Discover the rich culinary diversity of Indonesia at Flavours of the Archipelago, a special dining collaboration between Swissôtel Jakarta and Swissôtel The Stamford. Presented at CLOVE, this limited-time showcase brings together regional Indonesian flavours, thoughtfully prepared using refined techniques and premium ingredients.

Led by Guest Chef Adi from Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue, the experience showcases a curated selection of authentic Indonesian dishes, thoughtfully reinterpreted using refined techniques and premium ingredients. Chef Adi will be at CLOVE from 6 to 12 January, presenting these flavours for a limited time.

Spanning multiple Indonesian regions — Bali, Manado and East Nusa Tenggara — the menu highlights bold spices and layered flavours. From aromatic Balinese classics to robust Manado-style dishes and smoky specialities from East Nusa Tenggara, the experience is further enhanced by live stations that add an interactive dining element.
