Begin with Tuna Chutoro Toast, followed by refined selections such as Alaskan King Crab or Hijiki & Avocado Salad, and mains including Charred Spanish Octopus, Corn-Fed Baby Chicken or Charsiu Iberico Pork Collar — with optional Josper grill enhancements. End on a delicate note with Honey Flower Pear and Hokkaido milk ice cream.

CLOVE – A Mother’s Day Feast to Remember

This Mother’s Day, honour her with a thoughtfully curated Italian experience at Prego. La Mamma presents a four-course menu, from Fregola Salad with poached Boston lobster to delicate “Gigli” pasta with Mazara del Vallo red prawns.
