Join us on Monday, 26 May as SKAI Bar welcomes Seoul’s celebrated cocktail duo Ricky and Hugo of Bar NOTES for an exclusive evening of imaginative mixology. Set against sweeping panoramic views, this one-night guest shift brings their signature artistry to the skies of Singapore.
Supported by Perrier, experience a curated line-up of inventive cocktails where creativity and flavour take centre stage — from the umami depth of “NOTES” and the herbaceous kick of “Oi-Key” to the refreshing “Milk Cacao Fizz” and the fruit-forward spice of “SKAI Orchard”. Each cocktail is available at $25++.
